About TEP

What are we?

The Evolvers Project is a new-age finishing school dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential through result-oriented and exciting experiential learning programs. We are a team of doers who are committed to minimising challenges in the conventional educational system by supporting it concurrently and reducing the gap between employment and employability. We support individuals in discovering their skills, strengths, and weaknesses and provide the tools to tackle recruitment, boost confidence, and improve professional skills such as communication, time management, leadership, and teamwork.

Our programs are open to job seekers, students, professionals, and individuals with career-break, making the journey to self-discovery and career growth accessible to all. The realization and discussions on the need of learning beyond the walls of a classroom are what birthed The Evolvers Project, and we help to embrace a more fulfilling personal, professional, and humanitarian perspective in life.

We provide a space where you are free to try everything you are apprehensive about, whether it has to do with leadership, communication, or anything else. We support you in realising and embracing your abilities. Every program is created solely, and carried out to assist you in moving one step forward.

Our Why

To evolve an insightful and equipped youth that are capable of owning their future through brainstorming within a receptive and collaborative work culture and in whose creative, capable and conscious hands we can trust our tomorrow.

Our Future

To lead by example and evolve a globally accepted, truly humane, collaborative work culture dynamics within the professional world while fostering thoughtfully independent, professionally competent and humanely compassionate generations that can see opportunity in difficulty and make life beyond ‘existing’.

How we evolved?

Our Story

Together
towards a dream

We can either make it more simple or leave it the same; it’s our story, so it’s our choice. The story of Evolvers begins with a casual conversation about the lack of job readiness among fresh graduates, the need to focus on employability, the challenges facing the conservative educational system to prepare students for real life, and the necessity of parallel education.

We found that individuals are equipped with technical skills but fail to focus on soft skills such as communication, timeliness, leadership, confidence, consistency, adaptability, and people skills, which are equally important. To some extent, the current education system fails to mould individuals to develop those skills. Many of you can identify with this reality. So we brainstormed as we all locked down amidst the pandemic, and Evolvers were born.

We, as humans, are not taught to think differently, communicate impact fully, take initiatives, demonstrate leadership, adapt to changing environments, practise quality time management, solving problems creatively, or handle disappointment. We contribute to this. The Evolvers Project is a commitment to helping young people learn these skills and become well-rounded individuals, ready to shape their own careers and future.
